Vinification: Method Skin Contact, namely maintenance of the stafylopoltou wort for 24 hours at a very low temperature followed by fermentation at 10o C
Features: Bright yellow-green color with full-bodied, fruity flavor and a long finish. The presence of the nose with tropical fruits, grape fruit mango and kiwi, together with its characteristic acidity and long aftertaste, synthesizes a strongly flavored wine cooler with a long aftertaste. Accompany white meats and acidity allows it to accompany liparotera cheeses and dishes. Served at 12-14o C.
