Vinification: Skin Contact Method for Sauvignon Blanc, namely maintenance of the stafylopoltou wort for 24 hours at a very low temperature followed by fermentation at 10o C for both varieties
Features: Yellow-glowing color. Aromas of green apple with dried orange and quince and kiwi. Body fat droserome long, fruity, round finish. Excellent with main low fat and shellfish and fish grilled
Served at 12-14o C.
