"Argyriou Sauvignon Blanc"







Sauvignon Blanc originated in the Loire Valley of

France. However, Greek producers has taken this grape

to new heights in the cool mountain regions, producing

racy wines with tropical fruit and gooseberry flavors.

Sauvignon Blanc is usually a dry white wine with

distinctive herbaceous qualities.

Typically a light to medium-bodied, crisp and

refreshing white wine with notable acidity, offers a fairlywide range of flavors. From herbal taste sensations toveggie, and from flavors of grass, hay and mineral tonesto a citrus and tropical flavor mix, Sauvignon Blancdisplays a very unique wine tasting adventure.






Grapes Variety : 100% Sauvignon Blanc

Colour: Bright green colour.

Aroma:Intense and elegant aromas which recall tropical fruits balanced  with varietal notes of herbs.

Taste:Mature full bodied wine,well structured with acrispy, clean finish on the palate.It has an excellent long lasting aftertaste

Vineyard:Located in Parnassos hills in such position

that are protected from the cold north winds.Altitude

550m.Soft winters and dry,fresh summers.

Way of vinification:After harvesting the grapes the method of pre-fermentation extraction antioxidant environment to reinforce the original aromas and then the alcoholic fermentation of juice in classified temperatures no higher than 16 C. maintenance of wine for two months on light lees with regular stirring before bottling.

Alcohool: 12.5%Best served: 8-10 C
